Boris Lehtman is the Founder and Team Lead at The Highland Group, a real estate group within Fulton Grace Realty built to serve buyers, sellers, and investors with a higher level of strategy, execution, and transparency. With a background that spans brokerage, property management, development, accounting, and consulting, Boris brings an ownership-minded approach to every transaction.
Since becoming licensed in 2016, Boris and his team of agents at The Highland Group have advised clients across residential, construction, and investment transactions throughout the Chicagoland market. The team combines market expertise with data-driven analysis, underwriting discipline, and hands-on operational insight—allowing clients to make informed decisions whether they are purchasing a primary residence, selling a home, or evaluating an investment opportunity.
For sellers, Boris and his team focus on pricing strategy, positioning, and execution to maximize value and reduce friction. For buyers, they provide clarity around market conditions, construction quality, and long-term considerations. Brian Huffman
Real estate broker
With over 15 years of experience in nearly every corner of residential real estate, Brian Huffman brings unmatched expertise and a true hands-on approach to his clients. Real estate is in his blood—he started young, working alongside his father cutting grass, painting apartments, and learning the business from the ground up. Over the years, he’s grown into a multifaceted professional, serving as a landlord, property manager, real estate agent, and investor.
Today, Brian manages more than 25 units for himself and his father, acting as the go-to point of contact for tenants and overseeing everything from leasing and maintenance to investment strategy. As an investor himself, he has helped countless clients launch or expand their portfolios, offering real-world insight on everything from handling evictions to fixing plumbing issues—yes, even rodding a toilet. His deep, hands-on experience makes him a true jack-of-all-trades in the real estate world.
A proud Chicago native, Brian graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, focused on Real Estate. Outside of work, he is a passionate traveler who loves exploring new cultures and cuisines. He is also a dedicated endurance athlete, having completed several Ironman races and marathons, and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
