Boris Lehtman

Boris Lehtman came to the United States as a young child when his parents immigrated from the former Soviet Union, now Ukraine, and began their Chicago story. He grew up in the northern Chicago suburb of Glenview where at a young age his entrepreneurial spirit became evident shoveling neighbors’ snow in the winter and washing cars in the summer. Boris went on to study at DePaul University and received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Economics from the famed Driehaus School of Business. He spent 2013-2016 enjoying the best of Napa Valley wine country and amazing culinary experiences as his wife pursued a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America. They had their first daughter in Northern California, and then moved back to Chicago to be closer to their network of family and friends.

Boris began his real estate career in 2016 when he returned to Chicago and became a licensed broker. He has been around the real estate industry his entire life and knows it well, as he had the great opportunity to learn from and grow his real estate business with the help of family, friends, and loyal clients.

Specializing in new construction sales and the development process means Boris knows the best properties in Chicago and how to differentiate good from bad builds. He also spent several years founding, building and subsequently exiting a condominium/HOA management business making him a great resource when analyzing a condo, townhome, or multi-unit purchase. His attention to detail, knowledge of construction quality, and dedication to client service makes Boris the ideal agent to have on your side.

Having been both a home buyer and seller himself, Boris understands the significance of each and every deal regardless of the price. Whether buying, selling, renting, or investing, the process can often seem tedious, but he listens to his clients’ needs and provides insight into what milestones need to be achieved. He is a proven problem-solver and takes pride in managing expectations while providing expert guidance.

Boris is well-versed on the many Chicago neighborhoods having studied, worked, and lived in many of them. He is currently a resident of Northbrook, IL and when not working you can find him with his wife, Maria, and four young children. Boris enjoys his weekly basketball game with friends and trying to find time for playing golf.

Brian Huffman
Real estate broker

With over 15 years of experience in nearly every corner of residential real estate, Brian Huffman brings unmatched expertise and a true hands-on approach to his clients. Real estate is in his blood—he started young, working alongside his father cutting grass, painting apartments, and learning the business from the ground up. Over the years, he’s grown into a multifaceted professional, serving as a landlord, property manager, real estate agent, and investor.

Today, Brian manages more than 25 units for himself and his father, acting as the go-to point of contact for tenants and overseeing everything from leasing and maintenance to investment strategy. As an investor himself, he has helped countless clients launch or expand their portfolios, offering real-world insight on everything from handling evictions to fixing plumbing issues—yes, even rodding a toilet. His deep, hands-on experience makes him a true jack-of-all-trades in the real estate world.

A proud Chicago native, Brian graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, focused on Real Estate. Outside of work, he is a passionate traveler who loves exploring new cultures and cuisines. He is also a dedicated endurance athlete, having completed several Ironman races and marathons, and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
